This is the list of actual demands:
PD01: Metal Working: Foreign house wants to buy 100% business share of sheetmetal manufacture, locality of the Czech Republic or the Slovakia Republic. Number of employees: 20-50. Entire mechanical equipment is not necessary, but: CNC punching press, CNC folding brake, manual welding and snips are advantage.
PB01: Complex of hotels: Foreign investor wants to buy hotels 2-4* in big cities with accommodation capacity over 50 rooms (rented as well as vacant – cancellation possibility). PC01: Storage area, distribution centre: We are willing to buy storage area (over 7000m2) with fine connection to infrastructure.
PC02: Spacious shopping centres: Foreign investor wants to buy spacious shopping centres with solvent tenants – purchase price from 10 Mil Euro.
PA01: Cloath shop: Investor wants to buy share of functional business in listed line (preferably retail network, eventually manufacture and design as well). The wanted business needs to be interested in its expansion and widening of its business activities.
PA02: Electro – retail, wholesale: Expanding company looks for retail or wholesale with electronic merchandise (preferably wiring systems) with turnaround over 200.000 Euro.
PD02: Metal Working: Interested person wants to buy up to 100% business share. He ensures sale, marketing and further expansion. Praha or Central Czech region.
PD03: Manufacture: Interested person wants to buy minimally 50% business share of manufacture (preferably metal working, engineering or wood-working). Investment size depends on concrete offer – up to 400.000 Euro.
PD04: Package manufacture: Foreign investor is interested in acquisition of packing-line company – cardboard packages for luxury products.
